Environmentally friendly paper bags are also called pure wood pulp paper bags, commonly known as kraft paper bags. They are made of plant (such as bark, leaves, branches, etc.) fibers through chemical pulping, then put into a pulping machine for pulping, and then add glue, dyes, etc., and finally made into paper (i.e. roll paper) in a papermaking machine. The paper fiber strength can withstand considerable tensile strength, and it is resistant to moisture, low temperature freezing and high temperature melting without deformation, distortion or breaking. It is named kraft paper because of its strong and tough quality that resembles cowhide. There are generally two types of paper colors: natural color, i.e. yellow-brown and white. White kraft paper is mainly used for packaging of high-end goods, such as clothing bags, shopping bags, gift bags, etc. At the same time, due to the physical properties of the paper, the printing effect is more characteristic, which is called green packaging internationally, which is conducive to recycling, reuse and degradation. The price is much cheaper than paper-plastic composite bags, pearlescent film plastic bags, and cardboard laminated bags, and slightly higher than the price of ordinary plastic bags.
The raw materials of kraft paper bags are mainly kraft paper, PP woven cloth, polyester thread, etc.
The use of kraft paper bags: used to package powdered, granular, flake, and block materials. The products are widely used in: chemical, building materials, food, medicine, metallurgy, plastics, feed and other industries.
Classification of kraft paper bags:
1. Multi-layer kraft paper bags: use two or more layers of kraft paper for machine processing to make bags, use polyester thread to sew the bottom, and then use hot air paper for heat sealing.
2. Paper-plastic composite bag: also known as three-in-one kraft paper bag. The outer layer of kraft paper and the inner layer of plastic PP woven bag are used for high-temperature composite treatment using EVA, PP, PE and other raw materials. After completion, the bottom is treated according to different types.
